Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed.

As our products are made to order, processing typically takes between 2 and 5 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Production and Fulfillment

All products sold on Foodies Gifts are made to order and produced after payment confirmation.

Because items are produced individually, same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

Estimated Delivery Times

European Union – 3 to 10 business days after dispatch
United Kingdom – 4 to 10 business days after dispatch
International destinations – 7 to 20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option. The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
