Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

All products at Foodies Gifts are produced on demand through a print-on-demand process after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Because of this production model, returns or exchanges based on change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted.

Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product and the defect.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange either a replacement product at no additional cost or a full refund where appropriate.

Return Verification

To prevent abuse of our return policy, Foodies Gifts reserves the right to refuse refund or
replacement requests that do not meet the conditions described in this policy.
Proof of damage or defect may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Non Returnable Situations

Because all products are made to order, the following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Preference regarding color or design
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Fit Tip

For the best fit, we recommend comparing the measurements in the size chart with a similar garment you already own.

Because all items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection.
